We are very pleased to announce that the Academy of Clinical Training will be opening its doors on the 16th of September to welcome you to the very first Academy Open Day!

Whether you’re an experienced beauty therapist, salon owner, student, college lecturer or simply thinking of a career in the beauty industry, at this special event you’ll be able to:

  • See our pristine facilities, including our in-house beauty salon
  • Chat to our friendly team of trainers about our range of courses, the principles of The Academy and any other questions you have about a career in beauty therapy
  • Learn about our student funding, course discounts and how to apply (including criteria for eligibility)

Doors open at 2pm, when our trainers will introduce themselves and the Academy, before starting a tour of our beauty school and salon facilities. We will also be welcoming special guests, to be announced closer to the event!

We will then be hosting a series of short seminars about some of the different beauty treatment courses we offer, led by our fantastic trainers. This will include tutorial demonstrations of the following treatments:

  1. Dermarolling, Dermaplaning and Chemical Peel facial treatments
  2. Lash Lift and LVL Lashes
  3. Semi-Permanent Make-up
  4. Thai-style Massage

Additionally, we’ll have a stall set up where you’ll be able to receive a Mini Massage (15 minutes Back, Neck & Shoulders massage) and a taster of Indian Head Massage for £10, with all proceeds being donated to the St. Andrews Hospice.

As well as being able to meet and chat to the trainers throughout the day, there will also be refreshments available in the form of fizz and nibbles, and music provided by a local DJ. We will aim to have the day’s activities wrapped up by 6pm.

It’s set to be a relaxed and enjoyable event, and we look forward to meeting everyone!

If you have any questions about our Open Day, whether it’s directions, parking information or more on the day’s events, please contact us today.
